Playmakers Creative is a full service boutique agency and production company specializing in custom content for the sports industry. We are fast, we are funny and we are very efficient.

Our content is designed to take the level of loyalty that exists between a team and their fans and duplicate that same level of loyalty between fans and their team’s sponsors.

Our customers are Sports Franchises and Organizations - professional, collegiate, or minor league that need to:

  • activate sponsorships of their smaller and mid-level partners onto multimedia platforms
  • create truly unique advertising and promotion

Joe Narciso
Creative Director

Joe is the Creative Director and a Founding Member of Playmaker’s Creative.

Joe’s pilot “Split the Difference” was optioned by NBC for development after winning both the Best Comedy and the TV Guide Audience Award at the New York Television Festival.  He also created the pilot for “The Crawl” which was optioned by Spike TV and ran for two years under the name “The Weekend Pregame” which Joe also co-hosted.  His pilot “Beneath the Tights” was sold to MSN.com and is currently in development.

A prolific writer and director, Joe’s other creative work includes numerous pilot scripts including, “Soda Jerks,” “No Offense to You, Charlene,” “Car Guys,” “No Life for Men,” “The Crawl” “Ellis.” Joe has written a number of films such as “Sweetie,” “Rocks in the River,” “Constantine” and “Geneva.” 

Commercially, Joe has written, script doctored or assisted in the creation of thousands of commercials for virtually every major advertiser including, Mercedes-Benz, Calvin Klein, E*Trade and Coke. Joe’s work has been recognized with Emmy's, Clio's and the Golden Lion at the Cannes Film Festival. Joe may best be remembered for his work in the FedEx Campaign with Steve Carell (The Office, Evan Almighty).
